WHO WE ARE
AMSA India is the Indian chapter of AMSA International. It is a national level student-governed, medical students organisation which is committed to highlight all the issues which are affecting the medical fraternity.
WHAT WE HAVE
AMSA India organises free medical health check-up camps in collaboration with CRY - Child Rights and You. From counselling about the importance of basic hygiene and a healthy diet to organising a one-to-one hand hygiene workshop, our volunteers make sure that the kids thoroughly benefited from our camp. The overwhelming response to our periodic health camps encourages us to continue with this tradition of ours, and stimulates us to keep giving our best in the camps to come.
We at AMSA India, realise the importance of awareness generation in our peers and society as a whole. Hence we have taken it on our shoulders to do our bit and each month we select themes and host competitions.
The budding young researchers are encouraged to take up research projects at various national and international levels. AMSA provides a multinational platform at conferences to compete and present undergraduate research work internationally. The scientific papers and posters are also published annually in our journal JAMSA.
